A dispute over a phone card has ended with a woman being stabbed repeatedly and her spouse facing criminal charges.

A dispute over a phone card has ended with a woman being stabbed repeatedly and her spouse facing criminal charges.

 


It is alleged that on Saturday the woman asked her babyfather for money to purchase a phone card and the argument developed in the Pollyground District near Ewarton.

The man has since left the community with their child.

The police are yet to receive a formal report.
