WHO IS THE COLUMN IN DANCHALL AH PLAY WANT-ALL?

Some lines in Cobra’s ‘Defend It’ seem awfully specific and geared towards particular deejays. Lines like: Column inna dancehall come ah play want all/next lickle clown ah play all is mine” and the one that goes: “when since this become one man bread/weh everybody haffi do what one man said/ the crown too big fi fit pon one man head/the gal dem too nuff fi go inna one man bed”.
