The golden voice of Tessanne Chin, “The Voice” (NBC TV) 5th season winner, will be one of the headliners for the 23rd annual African/Caribbean International Festival of Life (IFOL) July 4th weekend.
The Festival will be held Friday-Sunday, July 3rd thru July 5th, 2015 in Union Park, 1501 West Randolph Street in Chicago’s West Loop.
