Delroy Chuck today tendered his resignation as a member of the Opposition’s shadow Cabinet and urged Andrew Holness to step down as Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) leader.
Chuck, who has been outspoken in his opposition to Holness’ legal appeal of the Constitutional Court’s ruling in the Senate resignation letters saga rocking the JLP, said he had intended to resign after reading the decision in the case brought by Arthur Williams.
