An accused man who is alleged to have stolen 13 bags of fertilizers from a warehouse appeared recently in the Spanish Town RM Court.

The accused, Roland Rowe, was charged along with three other men but they were not present in court.

Rowe was previously granted bail in the sum of $100,000 but was unable to take up the offer owing to the fact that he did not own a birth certificate, and one of the conditions of his bail is that he surrender travel documents.

RM Nembhard varied his bail offer and placed a stop order at all entries of exit.

Rowe, who is suffering from kidney problems, will report to the Spanish Town police on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between the hours of 6 a.m and 6 p.m.

All four accused will appear in court on October 20.
