Journalist Lovelette Brooks passes away after cancer battle @one876

Today is a dark day for the Jamaican media fraternity as noted media practitioner Lovelette Brooks has died. She passed away yesterday after her battle with cancer.

 

Today is a dark day for the Jamaican media fraternity as noted media practitioner Lovelette Brooks has died. She passed away yesterday after her battle with cancer.

Brooks, who started her career as news presenter at the Jamaica Information Service (JIS), also worked as a reporter for the Jamaica Observer and as a news editor with the Sunday Gleaner.
