The assault case against Chuck Fenda was dismissed recently in court and sent to meditation.
Allegations outlined was that on March 23, 2015 about 9:30pm the entertainer went to pick up his daughter in Portmore where an argument developed. It was said that he boxed and kicked her all over her body causing swellings on her face, cut to her neck and bruises to the knees.
They however sent to the mediation department and a successful agreement was made. The case was then dismissed against Chuck Fenda.
