Dancehall veteran Grindsman has indicated he is considering legal action against Vybz Kartel regarding the 2010 hit song “Benz Punany,” which sampled his 1990 original track.
While Grindsman initially felt the remake helped revive his career and reminded fans of his work, he later expressed dissatisfaction that he was never contacted or credited for the remake.
