Did Shaggy’s album flop?

Shaggy’s 18th studio album, Lottery, was released on May 15, 2026, via VP Records/Ranch Entertainment.In its opening week, the album moved the equivalent of 800 album units in the U.S., which included 650,000 on-demand streams and 300 physical/digital sales. Despite missing the top 10 on the Billboard Reggae Albums chart during its debut, the project quickly surpassed 10 million global streams on Spotify.
